Eric S. Rehm has been practicing law in Minnesota for over 30 years. His undergraduate degree is in social work and he is dedicated to helping families resolve their differences (without animosity) through non-adversarial methods, such as:

• Mediation: An alternative dispute resolution method that allows parties to resolve conflicts together with the help of a mediator. Often, the mediator is a lawyer who serves as a neutral third party and communicates between the parties.
  
• Collaborative law: The parties and their attorneys sign an agreement not to go to court and resolve their differences amicably through negotiation.

If the legal issue can not be settled through negotiation or mediation, the law office of Eric S. Rehm, Attorney at Law can litigate the matter in court.

• Trial experience: When parties cannot agree through non-adversarial means, Eric S. Rehm has the trial experience necessary to stand up for the rights of his clients.
